Ayam bersalut Sos Pedas
Ingredients: Chili, Sugar, Salt, Sesame, Garlic powder, Cream of Tartar, Lime powder, Corn starch and Gochujang.
 
Preparation:
  1. Coat 2kg chicken with mixture of egg and flour.
  2. Deep fried the chicken and put aside.
  3. Add 5ml sesame oil and 650ml water into the wok.
  4. Add SUDEE Buldak sauce into the wok.
  5. Add in the deep fried chicken into the sauce.
  6. Stir evenly. Ready to serve.
