
Ingredients: Chili, Sugar, Salt, Sesame, Garlic powder, Cream of Tartar, Lime powder, Corn starch and Gochujang.
Preparation:
- Coat 2kg chicken with mixture of egg and flour.
- Deep fried the chicken and put aside.
- Add 5ml sesame oil and 650ml water into the wok.
- Add SUDEE Buldak sauce into the wok.
- Add in the deep fried chicken into the sauce.
- Stir evenly. Ready to serve.
