Indonesian chicken curries, from Padang, Sumatera evolved from the Indian curry and Middle Eastern influence. Gulai Padang has Indonesian taste with the rich taste of chili and coconut milk, having a yellow orange color.

Ingredients: Lemongrass, Chili powder, Ginger, Galangal, Salt, Sugar, Skim milk powder, Vegetable oil, Bird's eye chili, Onion powder, Garlic powder, and Corn starch.
  1.  Heat up 30ml cooking oil.
  2. Add 600g chicken and stir-fry them for 5 minutes.
  3. Add in potatoes, SUDEE Gulai padang and 500ml water.
  4. Add also 2-3 kaffirlime leaves and cook until tender.
  5. Lastly, add in 50g coconut milk powder.
  6. Let it simmer 2-3 minutes.
  7. Ready to serve.
