Fermented durian curry is a dish originated from Pahang.

Ingredients:  Salt, Sugar, Fermented durian, Bird's eye chili, Chili powder, Coconut milk powder, Onion powder, Lemongrass, and Turmeric powder.
 
Preparation:
  1. Add in SUDEE Fermented Durian curry into 350ml boiling water.
  2. Stir well.
  3. Add in 500g fish and kesum leaves.
  4. Simmer until cooked.
  5. Ready to serve.
