Dakgangjeong is a deep-fried crispy chicken dish glazed in a sticky, sweet, and spicy sauce. This recipe uses bite sized boneless chicken pieces, so it cooks up very fast in shallow oil.

Ingredients: Gochujang powder, Brown sugar, Soy sauce powder, Garlic powder, Chili powder, Ginger powder, and Lime powder.
  1. Coat 1kg of chicken with flour.
  2. Deep fried the coated chicken and put aside.
  3. Add 30g butter/ margerine into the wok.
  4. Mix in SUDEE Dakgangjeong with 20ml water.
  5. Add the mix into the wok.
  6. Add in fried chicken earlier and mix well.
  7. Ready to serve
