Jjigae (Korean Tofu Stew)
Ingredients: Salt, Vegetable oil (Palm olein), Sugar, Chili powder, Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Lemongrass, Kaffirlime leaves, Shrimp, Black pepper powder, Turmeric powder, Chili flakes, Fillted anchovies, Corn starch and Potato starch.
 
Preparation:
  1. Add 500ml water into the pot.
  2. Add SUDEE Jjigae into the pot. Stir evenly.
  3. Add soft tofu, eggs and spring onion.
  4. Add chicken/beef/ seafood (Optional).
  5. Let it simmer.
  6. Ready to serve.
