Rendang is a rich and tender coconut beef stew which is flavorful and beef rendang is the most popular rendang.

Ingredients:  Onion, Garlic, Coconut milk powder, Vegetable oil, Brown sugar, Bird's eye chili, Lemongrass, Galangal, Ginger, Salt, Coconut paste, Coriander, Cumin, Fennel, Cinnamon, Star anise, Clove, Cardamon and Turmeric.
 
Preparation:
  1. Add 70ml cooking oil into the wok.
  2. Heat over medium heat.
  3. Add 500g beef.
  4. Mix in SUDEE Rendang dry paste with 100ml water.
  5. Add in 25g coconut milk powder.
  6. Simmer until cooked. Garnish with sliced turmeric leaves.
  7. Ready to serve.
