Preparation:

  1. Fried the 500g fish. Set aside and rest.
  2. Add 50ml cooking oil. Heat the wok at medium heat.
  3. Add SUDEE Masam Manis and 150ml water into the wok.
  4. Add in vegetable. Stir fried until cooked.
  5. Then, pour the gravy all over the fried fish.
  6. Ready to serve.
