Tom yam usually used shrimp, chicken, fish and variety of seafood with mushroom as it soup base. Tom yam is characterised by its distinct hot and sour flavours, with fragrant spices and herbs generously used in the broth.

Ingredients: Salt, Chili powder, Lemongrass, Galangal, Kaffirlime leaves, Coriander leaves, Vegetable oil, Wheat flour, Fish sauce, Yeast extract, Sugar, Onion powder, and Garlic powder.
  1. Add SUDEE Red tom yam into 750ml boiling water. Stir well.
  2. Add 250g seafood.
  3. Add in vegetables and continuosly stir.
  4. Simmer until cooked. Ready to serve.
